How To Login:

Make sure your phone line is connected and not busy/in use
Press the yellow button on your FOXTEL remote control
Select the Login menu option
NSW & VIC customers - enter your TAB Account Number and PIN (same number you may use for phone betting) and press SELECT.
QLD, SA & WA customers – enter Account Number and Password.
Logging in can take up to 45 seconds; you will receive a message confirming if your login was successful or unsuccessful.
If successful you can continue on to placing your bet and accessing your account
If unsuccessful an error message will appear to help with resolving the problem
Try again & if the problem continues you will need to call FOXTEL Customer Support on 131 999

How to place a bet:

Make sure you are logged in - check the Connected icon is displayed at the top of the screen
Select a meeting using the arrow keys
Select the race you wish to bet on
Press the green button for the bet type options. Press 0 to swap between Tote and Fixed Odds*
Choose the type of bet you want to place
Make your selections
Enter the bet amount using the number buttons
Press the green button to place your bet
Check the bet details on the confirmation screen
Press the select button to submit the bet
If successful you will receive a bet receipt
If unsuccessful an error message will be displayed
Press Green to Bet Again or alternatively use the other available options on your remote control to continue using the service

Controls and Functions:

	Press the left and right arrows on the FOXTEL remote to move between screens or up and down arrows to scroll the menu bars.
	The green bar highlights the position of your cursor of each screen.
	Press the select button when the green highlight cursor is positioned on an item to continue.
	When placing a bet, use the select button to tick the box of your selected runners.
	Use the back button to go back to the previous screen you last viewed. The back button will also be used to clear text on some screens.
	Press the FOXTEL button to exit the application. This will also log out your TAB account and disconnect your phone connection.
	Press the red button at any time to switch between Sky Channel full screen view and quarter screen view.
	Press the yellow button at any time to go to the Account menu. From here you are able to login to your TAB Account. You will need to login to place bets or access your account information.
	Press the blue button at any time to go straight to the latest results page. This page will show the last 11 races that have been run.
	Press the 1 button to go back to the home page. Should you get lost in the application, use this button to retrace your steps from the beginning.
	Press the 3 button to display the next race to go. Each time you press this between you will scroll between the next 5 races to go.
	Press the 0 button to swap between Tote and Fixed Odds* (Fixed Odds betting currently only availible in NSW &* VIC
	These icons indicate that there is more information available above or below.
	These icons indicate that there are more pages to the left and right.
	Key on Screen Items
	The information in the navigation bar allows you to identify what controls are available and their function on each screen.
	Arrow buttons that are functional will be displayed in orange. If they are not used, they will remain green.
	Channel up/down will allow you to select to view Sky Racing 1, Sky Racing 2 or Sky Racing World without the need to log-out of Tab Active.
	The graphic found in the top left corner of each screen will provide information of what screen you are currently on.
	These icons represent the status of your phone connection and TAB Account Session
	Disconnected means you are not logged in and will be unable to place bets or do account enquiries.
	Connected means you are logged in and ready to go.
	This icon represent that transactions via this service are safe, secure and encrypted.
	This area provides information on the next 5 races to go. By pressing the number 3 button repeatedly you can scrolling through the next 5 races to go.
